2. Come to our stockroom on March 31st or April 1st to receive the items.
※If there are no items, we will not hand them over. Please check whether the items are there on the catalog below.

2. Contact us by email (query@gecer.mie-u.ac.jp) and check the items and handover date.
3. Come to our stockroom on the date.

Hand-over items
Refrigerator, washing machine, desk, chair, shelf, sofa, dehumidifier, air cleaner, TV, microwave, rice cooker, hanger rack, vacuum cleaner, fan, kotatsu, bicycle
The handing-over date
March 31st (Sunday)and April 1st (Monday)
The items not handed over to freshmen are available for current students or faculty.
If there are no items, we will not hand them over.
☆The items you chose are inspected and then, handed over. However, we don't take responsibility for them during the useful life.
☆You can gain up to 5 items per person.
☆To prevent COVID-19, please sanitize your hands.
☆Please deliver the items by yourself. We rent a rear car (or trolley), so if you need it, please offer it at the entrance.
☆If you come to our stockroom by car, you cannot enter the campus by car without limit.
You can park as close to the venue as necessary for transport.
☆It is expected that the place will be crowded. We appreciate your understanding.
☆When we hand over, we ask you to fill out a pledge.
